Q1: What is Trade Club?
Trade Club is a B2B wholesale and dropshipping platform based in Pakistan. We are the official distributors of Remax and Hoco, offering a wide range of tech accessories, gadgets, and trending products at competitive prices for resellers, retailers, and online store owners.
Q2: Who can buy from Trade Club?
Anyone can place an order, but we mainly serve:

Online sellers on platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Daraz, Instagram, and WhatsApp
Q3: Do you have a physical store?
Yes! We have a physical wholesale store located in Rawalpindi. You’re welcome to visit us to inspect the products and understand how we operate.
💼 Dropshipping
Q4: How does dropshipping with Trade Club work?

You download our product photos, videos, and SEO descriptions

List and sell the products on your own platforms

When you get an order, you place the order on our website using your customer’s shipping details and your selling price (for COD)

We pack and deliver directly to your customer

After delivery, we deduct our cost + delivery fee, and transfer your profit to your bank account
Q5: How do I receive my profit?
Once the parcel is delivered and COD is received, we:

Deduct our product cost

Deduct delivery charges

Transfer your remaining profit to your registered bank account same day
Q6: Can I use my own branding for dropshipping?
Yes. If you provide us your brand name/logo in advance, we will ship products using your branding.
Q7: What if my customer prepaid?
If your customer has paid you in advance, you must pay us the full product cost upfront, and we will ship the order as a non-COD (paid) parcel.
Q8: Do I need to deposit funds before placing an order?
Yes. You must top up your wallet to place orders. This also helps cover any return fees if an order is refused or not delivered.
📦 Wholesale
Q9: Can I buy in bulk?
Yes, we offer special wholesale pricing for bulk buyers. Contact us directly for custom pricing based on quantity.
Q10: Do you offer discounts for high-volume orders?
Yes. We provide custom quotes and discounts for larger orders. The more you buy, the better the price.

Q11: What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept:

Wallet top-up for dropshippers
Q12: Can I pay cash on delivery?
COD is available only for your customers. As a reseller, you must pay us in advance through wallet top-up or bank transfer.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Q13: Where do you deliver?
We deliver all over Pakistan through reliable courier partners.
Q14: How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on the location.
Q15: Who pays for shipping?
Shipping charges are deducted from your customer’s COD payment. You can:

Charge your customer separately

Or include it in the product price and offer “Free Shipping”
Q16: Can I track my orders?
Yes. We provide tracking details for every shipment. Our team also keeps you updated via WhatsApp.
🔁 Returns, Warranty & Refunds
Q17: Do you offer a product warranty?
Yes. We offer a 7-day check warranty on all products.
Q18: How do I claim a faulty item?
To claim:

Share a clear video of the problem within 7 days of delivery

Our QC team will review and confirm the issue

If approved, we will guide you on the return or replacement process
Q19: Who pays for return shipping?
The customer or dropshipper must pay return shipping charges.
Q20: What happens if the customer refuses the parcel?
If a customer refuses the order or gives an incorrect address:

The parcel is returned to us

A flat PKR 300 is deducted from your wallet to cover return shipping
