1. 🛒 Use of the Website

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing it under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree not to misuse the website or any of its content.

 

2. 📦 Products & Orders

• All product listings, pricing, and descriptions are subject to change without prior notice.

• We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer.

• Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

• Trade Club reserves the right to cancel any order at any time due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

 

3. 💰 Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

• Prices may change at any time without notice.

• Payment can be made through Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, or other secure payment methods provided at checkout.

• In the case of prepaid orders, payment must be made in full before the order is processed.

 

4. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery

• We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan.

• Delivery times may vary based on location, courier service, and product availability.

• Trade Club is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.

• Delivery charges (if any) will be mentioned at the time of checkout or invoicing.

 

5. 🔁 Returns & Refunds

• If an order is returned due to incorrect address, customer refusal, or failure to receive, a PKR 300 return fee will be deducted from the dropshipper’s account.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after returned items are inspected.

• Custom-branded or used products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective.

• Please report any damages or issues within 24 hours of receiving the product.

 

6. 🛍️ Wholesale & Dropshipping

• Trade Club works with approved resellers, wholesalers, and dropshippers only.

• Dropshippers must fund their wallet before placing an order.

• The final COD price must be entered at checkout correctly to avoid delivery or payout issues.

• Any prepaid orders must be paid upfront before processing.

 

7. 📸 Content & Media Usage

• All product images, videos, descriptions, and brand assets provided on Trade Club are for authorized use only by approved partners and customers.

• Unauthorized commercial use or copying of our content is strictly prohibited.

 

8. 🔐 Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Trade Club account and password.

• Any activity that occurs under your account will be your responsibility.

 

9. 🛠️ Modifications to the Service

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or services without notice at any time.

 

10. ⚖️ Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be handled in the jurisdiction of Rawalpindi/Islamabad courts.
